Soliton Technologies is looking to hire a top-notch Software Architect to join the Web Technologies division. We are in the process of defining a road map for technology upgrade from legacy technology stack to modern web technology stack. The product is completely developed using Node.js, Angular.js and many other modern JavaScript packages. We are looking for technology enthusiasts who have expertise in any technology stack like Java, Python, .NET etc and are willing to learn and transition into the JavaScript stack.

Strategic Responsibilities
Serve as a Full Stack Web Architect who can provide consultation on all the relevant technologies and is involved in cutting-edge web application development
Be identified as a technical expert who can communicate effectively with engineers from all types of backgrounds and justify technology choices by clearly showing pros and cons, backed by solid research, data and analysis
Define the products technology roadmap and take total technical ownership of the product
Identify the required skills to strengthen your development team and work with the training division to close the skills gap
Execution Responsibilities
Lead a highly talented team of 10 people
Set and meet high standards of excellence in the quality and timeliness of the software delivered and achieve customer delight
Ensure that the defined processes are adhered to; and contribute to the development of these processes by sharing best practices and learning from projects
Empower the team and ensure that the team spirit is high at all times and provide individual mentorship to the engineers to help them with career growth
