At last, PCI announce Pharm–D colleges in AP for 2012-13 academic year admissions. PCI allows another 14 colleges to Andhra Pradesh. 32 Pharm–D colleges in 2011-12 year in addition of new college total college number now rise to 46. In 46 Pharm–D colleges in AP only one Government college and remain 45 colleges under private management. Pharm–D counselling notification will announce in this week end.

Eamcet second phase of counselling on Sep 28

Engineering seat allotment 2012, 1.36 lakhs students only in allotment...

EAMCET 2012 seat allotment is today, Low attendance of students to Eamcet certificate verification giving nightmares to engineering college managements. Students aspiring to join engineering colleges will get SMS messages on their mobile phones on 14th evening with information about engineering seat the allotment of the course and college. In Eamcet first phase counselling 1,37,266 candidates attended certificate verification but only 1,36,906 students gave options for seat allotment.

The process Eamcet seat allotment will be completed by 14th evening and server will sent SMS information to the mobile numbers registered by students at the time of certificate verification. After seat allotment students can login on ‘http://apeamcet.nic.in’ to download the allotment letter and fee Challan of the Andhra Bank or Indian Bank. After paying the fee, students have to report at the allotted engineering college on or before September 20.

Eamcet officials revealed Eamcet 2012 second phase of counselling that is likely to start on September 28 or 29. More than 80,000 candidates Eamcet qualifiers also did not turn up for first phase counselling and certificate verification. Eamcet officials are expecting they will turn up for Second phase counselling. Delay in admission process and confusion over fee structure was big problem several students opt for seats in deemed universities and other states from State.

Eamcet web counselling notification to M.P.C and BI.P.C. Stream Last date is released

Final knock to Engineering and Pharmacy admissions to 2012-13 academic year… 

APSCHE announce dates to Final phase web counselling are to M.P.C and BI.P.C. Streams admissions in the Engineering and Pharmacy courses. Fresh round of certificate verification also conducts along with Final phase counselling. The Eligible Candidates of Eamcet 2012 are informed to exercise the web options using their old password and Login ID in Scratch card for the leftover seats now available and consequential vacancies that may arise in process of allotment, additional seats and seats available in new colleges. Certificate verification process during 27.09.2012 to 28.09.2012 from any Help Line Center and after students can exercise options anywhere.

Separate Counseling will be conducted for Pharm-D Course as and when the approvals are received from Pharmacy Council of India.

Stream in pharmacy and Bio-Technology about 7000 seats approximately will be added during this final phase.

Who can exercise Web options in Eamcet final phase web counselling?

• Who have not attended for Certificate verification earlier and who have taken back their certificates should get their certificates verified during 27.09.2012 to 28.09.2012.
• The Candidates, who have secured seats in previous round, but not interested to join,
• Who have not secured any seat so far.
• Who have not exercised the options so far, but got their certificates verified.
• Who have secured a seat, reported and aspiring for a better college option.
• Who have cancelled their 1st Phase allotment.

Epass fresh scholarship online application form for fee reimbursement from October 1

Epass 2012 fresh application submission different to last year, too many norms to EBC and BC students…

Engineering and other major courses admissions process in progress except MBA and MCA, Government announce online submissions dates to Epass fee reimbursement scheme to newly joined fresh students. Epass fresh scholarship online application submission for 2012-13 academic year will start from October 1st.

What is Epass?

EPASS means Electronic Payment & Application System of Scholarships. The Govt. of AP is providing financial assistance to the SC, ST, BC, PH and Economically Backward Class students (EBC), who studying post matriculation courses. AP Government offering Reimbursement of tuition fee and maintenance charges or mess charges. All Post Matric Colleges in Andhra Pradesh recognized by Government of Andhra Pradesh are eligible to Epass scholarship scheme.

Who is eligible to Epass fresh application submission?

For Epass fresh application SC, ST categories students with parental income is Rs. Two Lakhs or below and BC, EBC, Disabled Students parental income is one lakh or below. 75 percent attendance at the end of each quarter is compulsory to every student. EBC students studying Intermediate or equivalent courses are not eligible to Epass scholarship.

From this year 85 engineering colleges fix their tuition fee as per AFRC recommendations. AP government decides to offer 35000 rupees only to engineering students under Epass scholarship. But after huge hesitation from students government decides to pat full fee reimbursement to 85 colleges in below condition students:

• All SC, ST students.
• Students, who studied Intermediate in government colleges or in private colleges with financed by the government.
• BPL students(BC and EBC) who pursed rank below-10,000 in Eamcet 2012.

Which documents necessary to submit Epass fresh scholarship online application?

For submission of Epass fresh scholarship online application student should prepare to submit following documents.

• SSC marks memo
• Marks memo of qualifying examination (for example: SSC certificate to inter students, Inter certificate to graduates and degree certificate to post graduates) and TC.
• Allotment letter of qualifying entrance exam
• Community certificate (caste certificate)
• Income Certificate issued by the MRO after 01-08-2012.
• Photo copy of the Ration Card
• Bonafide Certificate issued by the Principal
• Personal bank account on Student name

In Epass fresh scholarship online application submission students need to upload Allotment letter of qualifying entrance exam, Marks memo of qualifying examination, scanned copy of bank pass book and Income certificate issued by the MRO.

After Epass fresh scholarship online application submission, student must take printout of the Epass fresh scholarship application and acknowledgement and submit in college. Last date to submit Epass fresh scholarship application is 30 October 2012.

Epass fresh scholarship online application for fee reimbursement is available inepass.cgg.gov.in from October 1.
