Aadhaar Card Application Form: Aadhaar
Card is issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) for all
Indian residents.
It is 12-digit unique identification (UID) number. Forms are
available on at designated camps. Further relevant details

Aadhaar Card Status Enquiry:
If you have applied before 1st April, 2012.
And yet not received it then you need to reapply all over again. The UID Authority of India on Monday told
that those applicants who find their status as ‘Rejected’, ‘Not Found’, or
‘Cannot be processed due to technical reasons’.
To check their status candidates need to visit the official website of
e-Aadhaar. Applicants enrolled for NPR Card need not apply for Aadhaar.
Documents
required with Aadhaar:

Proof of Identity (PoI)

Proof of Address (PoA)
·
Date of Birth (DoB)
Candidates have to reenroll under three conditions as
mentioned above. Website show the status as Rejected if the person had made
multiple registrations.
