Note: - The 2nd entrance test of all candidates applying with late fee of Rs.500/- and Rs.1000/- for admission to MBA / MCA 3 years / MCA 5 years Integrated will be held on 04.11.2012 (Sunday) from 2.00pm to 3.30 pm at the study centres offering these programmes. The admission of all such candidates will be treated as provisional till the passing of entrance test. Candidates who have qualified CAT/MAT/any other equivalent test are exempted from Entrance Test.

With Late Fee of Rs.500/-  31-10-2012

With Late Fee of Rs.1000/-  30-11-2012 (for semester courses) & 31-12-2012 (for Annual Courses)

The Prospectus can be obtained from the Directorate of Distance Education, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar or from any study centre approved by this university on cash payment of Rs.400/- (Rs.100/- for SC/BC of Haryana) on counter or by post on sending DD of Rs.450/- (Rs.150/- for SC/BC of Haryana) in favour of Registrar, GJUS&T, Hisar. The prospectus/admission form can also be downloaded from the Directorate’s website www.ddegjust.ac.in The students can submit their admission form either directly to the Directorate of Distance Education or through the Study Centres, the list of which is available in prospectus. With downloaded form DD for cost of prospectus must be attached.
